NOTICE: GRAB AND GO

Due to the Covid-19 emergency, we are required to suspend our usual Friday evening sit-down dinner service until further notice. We will, however, be offering a bagged meal with a Safeway sandwich, a navel orange, and a small bag of Cheese-It's, a brownie bite, and a bottle of water, limited to supplies on hand.

For your protection and for the protection of our volunteers, after you pick up your bag, please leave immediately in order to maintain the social distancing rules that are in effect in our area.

The door opens every Friday evening at 6:30--and on Thanksgiving and Christmas. And the people come.

The Open Door has provided a hot meal and a sympathetic ear to disabled, homeless, or otherwise disadvantaged citizens and families since 1987. The food is free to all, and no questions are asked. We also provide free clothing, bedding, and other items as needed.
